What you are training for, what you have to train with, what you have already tried that did not stick. Fifteen minutes, no cost, no commitment.
Built around your goal, the days you can actually train, and the equipment you actually have. It changes as you change — it is not written once and forgotten.
Send me your training videos. I watch all of them, not a sample. Then we get on a 30-minute video call and go through them together.
The programming and the diet support are the same in all three. What changes is how often I look at your training and how often we talk.
Billed monthly in Canadian dollars. No HST is added to online coaching at this time. Month to month — move up, move down, or stop at the end of any month.
A commercial gym, a garage rack, or a corner of a bedroom with a pair of dumbbells. All of them work. What you have changes what the program looks like, not whether this is possible.
Tell me what you have access to on the first call and I will write around it. If the goal genuinely requires something you do not have, I will say that too, rather than writing you a program that quietly cannot work.
You get help tracking what you are actually eating, and straight advice on what to change. You will not get a printed list of foods to eat at set times. People do not keep eating that way, and for most of what you want, it is not the thing holding you back anyway.
Video catches a lot — more than most people expect. It does not catch everything. If something needs a physical assessment or treatment, online is the wrong tool, and I will tell you that instead of taking the money.
It is one review a month and the program behind it. That is enough for a lot of people. If you want questions answered as they come up, start at $239.
People who trained with me and moved. The work does not have to stop because the city changed.
People outside Canada, especially in the US. The US is a focus for this side of the business. Coaching in English, 普通話 or 廣東話, whichever is easiest for you.
People here who cannot train in person every week. Budget, schedule, distance — whatever the reason, this is a real version of coaching rather than a consolation prize.
One honest note: if you are in North York and you can get to the studio, in-person is better. I will say so on the call rather than sell you the cheaper thing.
Honours Kinesiology degree from Western University, and the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation — the certification that requires a university degree to sit for, and the standard used by professional strength coaches.
Also a Personal Trainer through ISSA and a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, which is where the diet side of this comes from. Eight years of competitive boxing, including time as a professional.
The same person reads your videos and writes your program. Nothing here is handed to an assistant.
More about how I coach →You film your working sets on your phone — one angle from the side is usually enough, and I will tell you exactly how to set it up. Send them over. I watch all of them, not a sample, and then we go through them together on a 30-minute video call.
Then we train at home. Simple equipment is enough for most goals. Tell me what you have and I write around it.
No. You get diet tracking and real advice on what to change. You do not get a prescribed list of foods and times. That is a deliberate choice, not a gap in the service.
English, 普通話 or 廣東話. Your call, and you can switch mid-sentence — most people do.
Yes — the US is a focus for this. We find a half hour that works across both time zones and keep it there.
Monthly. We will sort out the method that works for where you are when we first talk. It is month to month — move between plans or stop at the end of any month, no notice period.
If you can get to North York, yes, and it is the better option. In-person rates are here.
Tell me what you are training for and what you have to train with. We will talk for fifteen minutes and work out whether this is worth doing. No commitment beyond that.
